声像预报解说词用语库的设计与应用

Design and Application of the Term Library for Weather Forecast Commentary in Television

针对张家口市气象局声像预报解说词编辑工作的实际需求,结合编辑工作者与气象节目主持人的组成现状,设计了声像预报解说词用语库。主要目的一是方便编辑人员参考学习其它电视台的声像预报解说词;二是方便编辑者及主持人借鉴其他电视天气预报节目解说词的语言风格。程序设计中主要利用Visual Basic6.0、access数据库以及网络编程等核心技术,在实际工作中多次补充修整升级,基本实现了预定目标。

In response to the actual needs of the editing of weather forecast commentary in Zhangjiakou Meteorological Bureau, combined with the status quo of the editing workers and weather presenters,the term library for forecast commentary in television was designed that could facilitate the editorial staff to learn many weather forecast commentary and the editors and presenters to learn language style from other TV weather forecast program.Visual Basic 6.0,Access database and network programming was used in this program designing,which was supplemented,trimmed and upgraded for many times in practical work and the expected target was realized.
