This article first introduces the status of 3D Virtual Reality Services industry,the characteristics of 3D projects and the applicability and Process Area of CMMI-SVC.It focuses on the CMMI implementation process according to the organizational and project characteristics of one 3D services supplier,including establishment of 3D services lifecycle and Service Process Group,gap analysis,and customaries of the three important service Process Areas as CAM,SSD and STSM.
