摘要 本文对数码相机拍摄的水表图像中的用户码进行定位与识别,以获得用户编号信息。采用基于多分辨率的方法,并结合边缘检测、区域分析与hough变换,定位用户码区域,然后识别用户码中的信息。本文的方法实现了条码区域的快速定位,能有效识别复杂水表背景中的条码。 To obtain the numbers of watermeter users,this paper has studied the location and recognition of barcode on the watermeter picture captured by digital camera.Location of barcode is based on the multiresolution method with edge detection,region analysis and Hough transform,and then conduct the barcode recognition.The proposed method can locate the barcode region quickly and accomplish the recognition of barcode in complex background of the watermeter.
