在国内外,有许多大型企业在信息化建设中都投入了大量的人力、财力建设企业的ERP(企业资源计划)系统,寄希望于通过ERP系统,能够帮助企业提升生产和服务的质量,在企业和供应商之间架起一条无缝的信息通道,夯实企业间的商业合作关系。作者根据在中国机械进出口(集团)有限公司实施ERP项目的工作经历,对国有企业实施ERP项目需要面对与解决的问题进行了详细的案例分析,对项目管理、团队组建以及系统开发商能力甄别与选择的工作,提出了个人的观点和工作思路。
