摘要
参考国内外关于拉伸弯曲矫直机的工作机理及其仿真的研究内容,总结了拉矫过程中带钢弯曲曲率、张力、延伸率的计算方法,弯曲与张力配置的关系,板形矫直理论及拉矫过程仿真的研究,并提出今后在冷轧带钢拉矫领域的研究内容与方向,为冷轧带钢拉矫领域研究提供参考。
Based on the working mechanism and simulation results of stretching-bending straightener at home and abroad, the calculation methods of strip steel bending curvature, tension and elongation are summarized. The configuration relationship of curvature and tension, straightening theory, and stretch leveling process are studied. The further research direction in the stretch straightening field of cold-rolling strip steel is proposed. A reference of straightening research for cold-rolling strip steel is provided.
