摘要 本文以四支撑装置为研究对象,以稳定性为目标,提出采用主观评价方法与客观评价方法相结合的方式,对四支撑装置的稳定性进行综合判定。通过有限元仿真与试验测试的手段,对比分析了某四支撑装置的稳定性,结果显示:利用主客观评价方法的6个评价指标,能较好反映四支撑装置的稳定性;基于试验检测手段的最小二乘法与最小包络圆法的运用,能提升试验精度,提高稳定性判断的准确性。 The stability of four-supported device are researched in this paper. An evaluation mode combining the subjective evaluation method with objective evaluation method is proposed to judge the stability of the four- supported device. The stability of a four-supported device is compared and analyzed with the approaches of fi- nite element simulation and test detection. The results show that the six evaluation indexes of subjective and ob- jective evaluation methods can better reflect the stability of the four-supported device, and the least square method and minimum envelope circle method based on test and detection approach can improve the test accuracy and judgment veracity of stability.
