摘要
回转窑是对固体物料进行机械、物理或化学处理的超大型筒体设备,在建材、冶金、化工等行业广泛使用。通常情况下,回转窑各主体部件的寿命是不同的,一旦某个部件达到了寿命极限,将出现故障性停窑,造成重大的生产损失。本文首先对某大型回转窑整体模型进行有限元分析,在此基础上,以滚圈、托轮、托轮轴的剩余寿命相等作为目标函数,对各档滚圈与托轮的支承角进行优化。将回转窑各部件剩余寿命的计算程序集成到Isight优化软件中,寻找各档支承角的最优解,保证各部件剩余寿命相等。最后对优化前后模型进行对比,优化结果达到等寿命优化的目的。
The finite element analysis for the model of a large-scale rotary kiln is conducted. Based on the fi- nite element analysis, the equal remaining life of rolling ring, riding wheel and riding wheel axle is taken as the objective function to optimize the supporting angles of each ring and riding wheel. The calculation program of each part's remaining life is integrated into the optimization software Isight. The optimal solution of each supporting angle is searched to guarantee that the remaining life of each main component is same. The models before and after the optimization are compared. The optimization goal of equal life was achieved.
