摘要 R钢厂板坯连铸机扇形段原机冷配管由不锈钢矩形管焊接而成,结构复杂,维修制造成本大,使用寿命低,漏水后修复难。通过对其结构改进设计,避免了不锈钢管路随框架进行热处理而引起的晶间腐蚀,避免了铁屑进入矩形管内,延长了其使用寿命,结构简化,维修更方便。 The original cooling pipe of segment for R steel plant slab CCM is welded with stainless steel rectan- gular tubes. Its disadvantages embodied in the complex structure, the large cost of manufacturing and repair, low service life, and difficulty to repair the water leakage. Based on the improved design, intergranular corro- sion caused by Heat treatment is avoided, iron scrap is avoided into the tubes, and its service life is prolonged, its structure is more simple and more convenient to repair.
