员工工作倦怠研究述评 被引量:2

摘要 工作倦怠越来越成为人们工作中不可避免的话题,它不仅严重损害员工的身心健康,而且对工作绩效和离职意愿也有着消极的影响。本文阐述了工作倦怠的定义与理论模型,对前因变量和影响后果等进行了归纳与评述,最后提出如何对此进行有效干预。
