摘要 [目的]研究黑色马铃薯的组织培养及快繁技术。[方法]以黑金刚马铃薯的块茎为外植体,于附加不同激素配的MS培养基中诱导愈伤组织、不定芽和不定根,探讨增殖培养和植株再生的条件。[结果]适宜块茎外植体愈伤组织诱导的培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L GA,诱导率可达95%以上;适宜丛生芽诱导的培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,诱导率达92%以上;1/2MS培养基易于诱导生根,部分外植体可产生紫黑色小块茎,生根率达100%。[结论]该研究可为人工规模化生产黑色马铃薯种苗提供技术资料。 [Objective] The paper was to study the tissue culture and rapid propagation of black potato,Solanum tuberosum'Heijingang'.[Method] The callus,adventitious bud and root were induced in MS medium with different hormones using tubers of S.tuberosum'Heijingang'as explants,and the conditions of proliferation culture and plant regeneration were discussed.[Result] The suitable medium for callus induction of tuber explants was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L GA,and the induction rate was higher more than 95%;the suitable medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,and the induction rate reached more than 92%;rooting induction was easy in 1/2MS medium with rooting rate up to 100%,and part of explants could produce atropurpureus tubercles.[Conclusion] The study provided technical information for the large-scale artificial production of black potato seedlings.
