摘要
柱塞在缸体内的运动规律直接影响柱塞泵的动态性能和工作寿命,为了了解倾斜角布置柱塞式轴向柱塞泵的运动特性,结合理论分析和基于软件ADAMS的多体动力学仿真方法,研究了柱塞球头部位中心的轴向运动规律和圆周运动规律,以及柱塞微运动对上述运动规律的影响,通过对柱塞吸压油过程运动特性的分析,更加直观地了解了柱塞在柱塞腔内的运动状态,可了解泵启动阶段运行的平稳性,研究工作也有利于缩短泵的研制周期。
According to the current research status of swash plate axial piston pump, the kinematic characteristics of the pump with piston inclination angle is analysed. The analysis of the ADAMS simulation mode of the inlet and outlet units of pump reflect the real motion state of the piston in the cylinder piston chamber, getting the axial motion law and circular motion law of the plunger sphere center. The conclusion of this study will help the further research of the inlet and outlet units in the tapered cylinder piston pump. This study results can provide a accurate reference to the pump of same type, and shorten the development cycle of the pump.
