摘要
国内某工程机械制造企业的一种主油缸是一种高压高速的油缸,对密封件的要求较高,容易出现泄漏、使用寿命较短等问题,其活塞杆密封采用了特殊的沟槽配置,在寿命实验中常规密封件过早出现失效现象,无法满足使用寿命要求。通过Abaqus对失效的密封进行模拟分析,找出造成密封失效的主要原因,再针对现有密封的缺点进行优化设计,在保证密封效果的前提下延长密封的使用寿命。
In a domestic construction machinery manufacturing enterprise, a kind of master cylinder is a cylinder of high-pressure, high-speed,high requirements for seals,it's prone to leakage, short life and other issues,it's rod seal adopts a special groove configuration, there is a conventional seals premature failure phenomenon in the life test,it can't meet the service life requirements. Through Abaqus on the failure of sealing simulation analysis,find out the main reason causing the seal failure,and to optimize the design for the shortcomings of the existing seal,to prolong the service life of the seal under the premise of ensuring the sealing effect.
