摘要
随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,如何更好地保证课堂教学质量已成为多数人关注的焦点。因此,构建全面、合理的高校教学监控体系是确保人才培养质量的关键,科学的课堂教学指标的确定能进一步完善课堂教学质量,提高教师课堂教学水平。运用问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,从宏观理论层面构建了体育院校本科教学监控体系,从微观层面以北京体育大学为例,对监控体系的中心环节教学评价进行了深入分析,结合体育院校的办学特色,建立了体育院校教学质量监控体系,修订了体育院校课堂教学评价方式及教学评价的具体指标,对改进体育院校教学质量评价提供了参考依据,为我国高校教学质量监控体系完善提供借鉴和指导。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education, the majority of people has focused on how to better ensure the quality of classroom teaching. Therefore, constructing comprehensive and reasonable teaching monitoring system is to ensure the quality of key personnel training. And the definition of scientific class- room teaching can further improve the teaching quality and enhance the teacher's teaching level. In this paper, by the method of investigation, questionnaire and experiment, and from macroscopic theory the paper constructs the monitoring system of teaching undergraduate sports. From the micro level, taking Beijing Sport University as an example, the paper analyzes the key link of teaching evaluation of the monitoring system, combines the teaching features of sports colleges to establish the teaching quality monitor system of sports colleges, revise the P. E. class- room evaluation measures and detailed indicators, provides references to the teaching quality evaluation of sports colleges so as to provide references and guidance to the improvement of China's college teaching quality monitor system and provide referential idea and operation model of the college teaching quality management and monitor.
