我国大学生体育竞赛机制的公平性研究

Research on Fairness of Competitive Sports Competition System in Chinese University

针对我国大学生体育竞赛存在的问题,分析影响其公平性的内在机理,采用系统工程的理论和方法,通过专家访谈和问卷调查法,而后进行结构建模。提出了大学生体育竞赛的机制是由角色、事件和关系组成的集合,归纳出大学生体育竞赛的公平性缺失是由角色、事件和关系的公平性缺失造成的,其中,关系的公平性缺失又归纳为:角色到角色之间的"关系"的公平性缺失、角色到事件之间的"关系"的公平性缺失和事件到事件之间的"关系"的公平性缺失。最后,结合模型分析并提出了相应的对策。

Faced on the problems of competitive sports in China＇s universities, in order to analyze the internal mechanism of its influence in fairness, based on the theories of system science, and with the method of expert in- terview and questionnaire, the paper structural modeling, the paper proposes that the mechanism of university sports competition mechanism consists of the roles, events and relations. It concludes that the unfairness of univer- sity sports competition is due to unfairness of roles, events and relations. And the unfairness of relations consist of unfairness of the relations between roles, between role and events and between events. Finally, the paper proposes relative countermeasures of model analysis.
