摘要
结合国家核安全局法规和导则规定,介绍了设备承包商和工程总承包公司对不符合项的处理情况,最后就田湾核电站1、2号机组建造过程中遇到的"立管弹簧支架管夹变形"这一重大不符合项的处理过程进行了回顾,分享了笔者的一些体会。
Combined with the guidelines ＆ rules of national nuclear safety administration,introduced treating with problem of not correspond requirements of equipment by the equipment-supply contractor and the project main contract company, then reviews the dispose process of the important not correspond requirements of ＂stand pipe-spring support mingles＇deformation＂ in the set No.1 and 2 of Tianwan nuclear power plant, introduced some experiences.
