中国特色经济之窗项目的两期地下车库工程,其车库顶板覆土为植草绿化区,车库底板、外墙、顶板均采用渗透结晶防水,两期工程先后均已投入使用,通过对防水材料的性能进行研究,在施工中因材施料、严控质量,至目前为止,未发现有影响正常使用功能的渗漏水情况。

Two projects have been came into use successively. Based on the research of characteristics of waterproof material, the material used by its characteristics and control the quality strictly. Until now, the water leakage that influence use is not appeared.
