摘要
阐述了自我管理与学科馆员转型的关系,指出在数字化、网络化和信息化变革的推动下,学科馆员必须从自我反思、自我教育与自我协调三方面完成转型。
The relation between self management and role change of subject librarian was elaborated and subject librarian must change their role by self-examination, self-education and self-coordination in the digital, network and information time.
