摘要
目的:调查济南某医院40岁以下护士的职业生涯管理现状。方法:选取200名护士,对其一般情况和职业生涯管理现状进行问卷调查。结果:护士的年龄、职称、学历不同,其职业生涯管理得分亦不同。结论:护士的职业生涯管理需要引起有关部门的重视。
