摘要
本文分析了信息化的涵义和层次，阐明了社会信息化进程测度指标体系构建的六条原则：科学性、系统性、动态性、代表性、实用性、可比性。最后提出一套指标体系及测度方法。
This paper analyse the meaning and levels of informatizing, then discuss six principles that rnaking up indicator system social informatizing course measurement. At last,it is pointed out indicator system of social informatizing and method of measurement.,
