摘要
人事考试倍受社会关注、舆论聚焦、领导重视。原有的考试场所、手段、措施捉襟见肘,难以应付新的形势要求。为进一步夯实人事考试工作的基石,人力资源社会保障部提出了建设人事考试基地的要求。本文从基地建设的紧迫性、基地的定位框架入手,结合徐州市的实践对地级市人事考试基地的建设以及如何建立长效管理机制等进行了探讨。
Examination of the personnel concerned by society, public opinion focus, leadership attention. The original examination places, stretched means, measures, to cope with the demand of the new situation. The foundation stone for the further strengthening of personnel examination work, proposed the construction of personnel examination base for the department. This paper, starts with the urgency of the positioning frame base on the base construction, according to the practice in Xuzhou city of the prefecture-level city personnel examination base construction and how to establish an effective management mechanism were discussed.
