计算机的出现和互联网的广泛运用,改变了人们储存资料和传播资料的方式,改变了人们获取信息和阅读文本的方式,人们的阅读习惯发生了很大改变,地方志产生和存在的社会环境发生了根本性变化。在网络时代,地方志书的数字化和网络化,更多只是一种文本载体和信息技术。在关注志书的载体和传播形式之外,更要关注志书的内容本身。纸质志书面临着电子书籍的挑战,但仍具有长期存在的合理性。地方志应扬长避短,重在考虑做别人不可取代的事情。要提高网络时代地方志书的价值,要在史实和数据上,保证权威性;在资料取舍上,反映典型性;在内容和形式上,添加独有性;在读者定位上,凸显学术性。

The emergence of computers and the wide application of the internet changed the way people store and disseminate reference materials,and the way people acquire information and read texts.People's reading habits changed greatly,and the social environment in which local records are produced and exist also experienced fundamental changes.In the age of the internet,the digitization and Cyberization of local records is more related to a kind of text-carrier and information technology.Beside paying attention to the carrier and form of dissemination of local records,more attention should be given to the content of local records itself.Paperized local records faces the challenge of digitized books,but the rationality of its existence in a long period still remains.Local records should make best use of its advantages and avoid its disadvantages,and focus on doing things irreplaceable by others.To raise the value of local records in the age of the internet,we should ensure the authority of historical facts and data,reflect representativeness in terms of reference materials selection,add uniqueness in terms of content and form,and give prominence to academic value in terms of readership positioning.
