地方综合年鉴创新思路、着力特色、打造品牌的思考——以《山西年鉴》为例

Reflections on Local Comprehensive Yearbooks and Being Innovative with Ways of Thinking,Focusing on Characteristics,and Brand Building-Taking Shanxi Yearbook as an Example

年鉴作为一种优势独具的地情信息载体,受到社会各界广泛关注,尤其是地方综合年鉴作为大型公报性的资料工具书,它的权威性、全覆盖性、完整性和时效性,成为它的一个重要特征。地方综合年鉴,既要坚持正确的指导思想,又要注重内容的丰富充实,不但要追求体例的完善和表现形式和谐统一,还要积极探索,大胆创新,发挥优势,办出特色。近年来,《山西年鉴》编纂工作坚持以科学发展观为指导,以创新思路、着力特色、打造品牌为工作思路,不断创新发展,取得较好成绩。文章结合编纂《山西年鉴》的实践提出一些思考:一是把握地方综合年鉴的特征,创新年鉴发展思路;二是突出全面性和时效性,着力体现年鉴特色;三是以提高质量为主旨,着力打造年鉴品牌。其中,重点围绕创新思路、缩短周期、增强年鉴为现实服务的功能方面开展了一系列工作,如健全管理制度、强化合作观念、实行市场运作、发挥网络优势、创新出版形式等。

Yearbook as a carrier of local information with unique strengths got a lot of attention from various circles of the society.Local comprehensive yearbooks in particular,as a reference book with large-scale public bulletin characteristics,have important features such as authoritativeness,blanket coverage,completeness,and timeliness.Local comprehensive yearbooks must stick to the correct guiding ideology and pay attention to enrichment of contents.We not only have to pursue the harmony and unity between the perfect style and form of presentation,but also actively explore and become boldly innovative so as to bring out our strengths and unique features.In recent years,the compilation of Shanxi Yearbook persisted in following the guide of the scientific development outlook,and the guiding principles of being innovative with ways of thinking,focusing on characteristics,and brand building,constantly strived to develop and achieved fairly good results.This article,in combination of the compilation practice of Shanxi Yearbook,reflects on the following:paying due attention to the features of local comprehensive yearbooks and being innovative to development routes;projecting comprehensiveness and timeliness and striving to display the features of yearbooks;taking quality improvement as the main theme and making efforts on brand building.In particular,a lot of works have been done to become innovative with ways of thinking,to reduce the publication time cycle,to strengthen yearbook's function of serving for reality,which includes perfecting management system,consolidating concept of cooperation,following market mechanism,bringing into play the strengths of the internet,and being innovative with forms of publication.
