摘要
Since 1882, when electricity was first generated and used in Shanghai, the electric industry has experienced a history of continuous formation and development for nearly 130 years. For more than 100 years, particularly since the reform and opening of China, many changes have taken place in China＇s electricity price, which have well suited the needs of national economic and social development. There are a wide range of electricity price policies, among which policy-based electricity price refers to the electricity price that reflects national policies rather than being based solely on cost. With the example of nine types of policy-based electricity price, their production and change rules are analyzed, and the importance of the role played by the various kinds of policy-based electric-ity price in China＇s economic and social development is analyzed and discussed as follows.
