全媒体时代新闻本科教育与人才培养刍议

Discussion on Undergraduate Education of Students Majoring in Journalism in Age of Omni Media

国内高校的新闻本科教育在教学理念、课程设置、教学条件及手段、师资队伍建设等方面与全媒体时代提出的人才培养目标存在着明显的差距。因此,我们要适度控制办学规模,加强师资队伍建设,改善办学条件,完善实习、实训制度,培养复合型高素质的新闻专业人才。

The rapid development of digital technology has brought drastic changes to the media industry. There is an increasing trend of media convergence and the whole media era has arrived. However, it can be seen that the undergraduate education of students majoring in journalism in China still lags behind in terms of the teaching philosophy, curriculum, hardware and soft- ware essentials as well as teacher training. It is still a long way to go towards the aim of high education in the age of Omni media. Therefore, we have to make timely adjustments and reforms in order to cultivate highly-qualified, inter-disciplinary jour- nalists.
