摘要
实现绩效管理是高职院校管理模式改革发展的趋势,重视对管理岗人员的绩效管理和考核,分析研究现有管理情况的不足,建立有效的绩效管理体系和激励机制,并将考核结果和绩效工资改革有机结合,将有助于高职院校管理岗个人工作效能的提高和学校战略目标的实现,实现组织和个人双赢,并更好地激发教职工的工作积极性和个人潜能,更有效地提高学校办学效益和核心竞争力。
Development of management mode trend is Performance Evaluation Systemization. This trend will focus on the administrators' management and performance evaluation and help us to analyze these defects for building an effective performance evaluation system and motivation system. This development will combine the assessment results with the salary reformation to achieve a win-win situation. This result of this exploration will be better to stimulate staffs work enthusiasm and personal potential and help to improve school efficiency and core competitiveness.
