大学生网络购物信任的结构与测量

摘要 通过文献综述、开放式调查、小组焦点访谈和样本预测的统计分析等提出大学生网络购物信任的三维构想,以此为基础自编大学生网络购物信任问卷。对江苏省15所高校594名大学生进行正式调查,并对结果进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析。结果表明:大学生网络购物信任主要包括卖家品质信任、网络交易信任和服务信任三个维度;研究所构建的大学生网络购物信任结构比较合理,编制的大学生网络购物信任问卷是一个具有较好信度和效度的测量工具,可以为进一步研究提供依据与基础。 Based on literature review, investigation of open type, overviews of former studies, focus group interview and a test of one small sample, the authors brought up a theoretical construction about online shopping trust for college students. Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis of data from a sample of 594 college students showed that college students' online shopping trust includes three dimensions: online seller trust, web transaction trust and service trust. The theoretical construction of online shopping trust is rational. The questionnaire needs to be revised, and it could be used as the basis of the future researches about online shopping trust of college students.
