摘要
针对正交面齿轮中大轮不修形且小轮和大轮产形轮无齿数差,提出了小轮双鼓修形的方法,推导了小轮的双鼓修形齿面方程,进行了接触分析。完成了大轮面齿轮插齿加工,小轮双鼓修形磨削以及面齿轮副配对滚检试验。小轮双鼓修形后齿轮副接触印痕位于轮齿中部,传动误差呈抛物线型,啮合噪声明显降低。证明了小轮双鼓修形的理论方法。
The new modefied method of the double crown pinion was proposed on the face-gear pair.Both the deriveration of tooth surface equations on the double crowned pinion and the tooth contact analysis of the facegear pair were done.The experiments on the shaping of face-gear,the grinding of the double crowned pinion and the rolling in-spection of face-gear pair were performed.It is discovered that the contact pattern is located in the middle of tooth surface,the transmision errors is formed as the parablic graphs,and the meshing noises of the face-gear pair is lower than the non-modefied one.The theoretic derivation and the feasibility of double crowned of pinion were proved.
