摘要
采用水热法,以四水乙酸镍为镍源、次亚磷酸钠为还原剂,在水热条件下,借助聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的结构导向和稳定作用,制备出了单分散超细球状镍。考察了温度、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量等对产物形貌的影响。以X射线粉末衍射、透射电镜、扫描电镜和超导量子干涉方法进行了表征和分析。研究结果表明:产物为面心立方镍;颗粒大小均匀,表面光洁,产物具有明显铁磁性,剩磁、饱和磁强度和矫顽力分别达到2.03 A.m2.kg-1、24.2 A.m2.kg-1和1.26 A.m-1,均超过了普通镍粉。
The monodisperse ultrafine nickel spheres were prepared via a hydrothermal reduction approach using nickel acetate tetrahydrate as the reductant and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as the structure-directing agent.The influence of the reduction temperature and the dosage of PVP were investigated.It has been verified from XRD,TEM and SEM that as-prepared products with high purity and fine dispersity belong to face-centered cubic structure.The magnetic hysteresis loop measured at 300 K by superconducting quantum interference method exhibits the ferromagnetic characteristics with an enhanced magnetic coercivity in comparison with the bulk counterparts.The remanent magnetization ( Mr) ,saturation magnetization ( Ms) and coercivity ( Hc) reach 2.03 A.m2.kg-1 ,24.2 A.m2.kg-1 and 1.26 A.m-1 ,respectively.
