超声检测前列腺癌患者血流分级与术后组织中MMP-2的表达关系分析

目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在前列腺癌患者血流分级与术后组织中表达意义,旨在为临床提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院自2010年6月至2012年6月期间收治的87例前列腺癌患者的诊治资料,通过超声检测观察患者血流分级及术后MMP-2在患者癌组织中的表达,分析不同临床病理特征的MMP-2表达情况。结果前列腺癌患者MMP-2在癌组织中表达的阳性率与患者术前血流分级情况关系密切相关,统计学分析显示前列腺癌患者血流分级与MMP-2表达的阳性率呈正相关性。结论前列腺癌患者术前给予检测血流对临床诊断具有重要意义,对判断预后及指导治疗有重要价值,同时还可反映癌组织中MMP-2的表达情况。

Objective To research matrix metalloproteinase -2 （MMP -2） in the flow grade ot prostate cancer patients with postoperative tissue expression meaning, aim to provide a reference for clinical. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012, 87 patients were treated prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment information, observed the patient flow grade ultrasonic testing and postoperative MMP -2 in cancer tissue expression analysis of different clinical and pathological features of MMP -2 expression. Results The positive rate in patients with preoperative flow grade prostate cancer patients MMP - 2 expression in cancer tissues closely related to relevant, statistical analysis showed that the flow grade of prostate cancer patients with a positive rate of MMP - 2 expression was positively correlated sex. Conclusions Giving detect blood flow in patients with prostate cancer before surgery has an important significance for clinical diagnosis, prognosis and guide treatment, which can also reflect the expression of MMP -2 in cancer tissue.
