醒脑静联合丹参川穹嗪治疗眩晕症的疗效观察

Efficacy of the combined Xingnaojing combined and Salvia tetramethylpyrazine in treatment of vertigo

目的观察眩晕症醒脑静联合丹参川穹嗪治疗眩晕症的疗效。方法选择眩晕症的患者430例,随机分成三组,观察对比各组对眩晕症的疗效。结果醒脑静联合丹参川穹嗪治疗组总有效率为92.0%;醒脑静治疗组总有效率为74.3%;丹参川穹嗪治疗组有效率为总有效率为72.1%。三组间的数据有显著性差异,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论醒脑静与丹参川穹嗪联合使用治疗眩晕症的疗效明显优于单用醒脑静或丹参川穹嗪。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xingnaojing combined with Danshen Ligustrazin treatment of vertigo vertigo. Methods 430 patients with vertigo, were randomly divided into 3 groups, observation of curative effect contrast groups on the vertigo. Results Xingnaojing combined with Salvia tetramethylpyrazine treatment group total effectiveness was 92% ; Xingnaojing treatment group total effectiveness was 74.3% ; Danshen Ligustrazin effective rate of treatment group total effectiveness was 72.1%. There was a significant difference between the 3 groups, （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Xingnaojing injection and Danshen Ligustrazin combined use of curative effect in the treatment of vertigo is better than the single use of Xingnaojing or Danshen ligustrazin.
