摘要
目的探讨自我管理教育对穴位贴敷患者疾病知识及应对策略的影响。方法对60例穴位贴敷患者进行有针对性的自我管理教育,使用穴位贴敷知识问卷及医学应对问卷对患者在穴位贴敷前及第3次穴位贴敷后的贴敷知识及应对方式进行测量。结果通过自我管理教育后,患者屈服的应对策略得分相对较低,与教育前比较(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;而面对和回避的前后比较无统计学差异。在穴位知识的掌握上,教育后的得分高于教育前,两者相比较(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论自我管理教育能够提高患者对穴位贴敷相关知识的掌握,减少消极应对方式的使用。
Objective To explore the effect of self-management education on disease knowledge and coping strategies for patients with acupoint application.Methods 60 cases of patients with acupoint application were had targeted self-management education.Acupoint application knowledge and coping style before acupoint application and after the third acupoint application were had measured with acupoint application knowledge questionnaire and medical coping questionnaire.Results Coping with strategies scores of patients yield relatively low through self-management education.Compared with education(P < 0.01),the difference was significant;while compared before and after faced and avoided,the difference was not significant.The scores after education were higher than before education on mastery of acupoint knowledge,compared with the both(P < 0.01),the difference was significant.Conclusions Self-management education can improve patient on mastery of acupoint application knowledge,and reduce the use of passive coping style.
