浅析口腔行为学应用于老年口腔修复中的效果

Analysis on effect of oral behavior in older dental restorations

目的探讨口腔行为学在老年口腔修复中的效果。方法选择来本院口腔科进行修复治疗的210名老年患者为研究对象,分为两组,采取不同的护理方法,通过两组患者的满意程度、复诊率以及焦虑减少程度的比较,来探究口腔行为学的临床价值。结果两组患者的焦虑程度较治疗前均有好转,观察组的焦虑程度、复诊率以及满意情况均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔行为学应用于老年口腔修复能有效的改善患者的治疗效果,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广使用。

Objective To discuss the effect of oral behavior in older dental restorations. Methods We chose 210 elderly patients as the research object, divided into two groups, adopted different nursing method, through two groups of patients ~ satisfaction, return rate and reduced the degree of anxiety, to explore the clinical value of oral behavior. Results The level of anxiety in the two groups of patients before treatment were improved, the level of anxiety in the observation group, the return visit rate and satisfaction were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Oral behavior applied to the elderly patients with oral cavity repair can effectively improve the treatment effect, has high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
