脓毒症急性肾损伤的发病机制与治疗研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 脓毒症(sepsis)是一种因感染导致的严重失调的炎症反应,可引起远离感染部位器官的功能障碍。当发生急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)时患者病死率增加,住ICU时间增加,消耗大量医疗资源。当与非脓毒症导致的急性肾损伤比较时,脓毒症急性肾损伤具有特殊的病理生理学特征,故需要不同的干预方式。现就近年来脓毒症急性肾损伤的发病机制、治疗进展做进一步讨论。
