颈椎病患者抑郁状态与社会支持的调查研究及护理对策

Investigation research and nursing measures on depression and social supports for cervical spondylosis patients

目的:了解颈椎病患者抑郁与社会支持的情况,并探讨伴有与不伴有抑郁情绪患者的社会支持水平。方法:采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及一般资料调查表对336例颈椎病患者进行问卷调查。结果:颈椎病患者SDS得分(48.73±12.30)分,明显高于国内常模(P<0.05);SSRS得分(37.23±6.78)分,低于国内常模(P<0.05)。抑郁组患者在社会支持总分和3个维度得分上均低于无抑郁组患者(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病患者抑郁情绪发生率高,社会支持水平较低,抑郁症状会影响患者的社会支持水平,护理人员应采取有效的措施来改善颈椎病患者的抑郁状态及社会支持水平,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To understand the situation of depression and social supports of cervical spondylosis patients and explore the status of social support of cervical spondylosis patients with or without depression.Methods： Zung self-rating depression scale（SDS） 、social support rating scale（SSRS） and the general information questionnaire were used to investigate 336 patients with cervical spondylosis.Results： SDS scores in patients with cervical spondylosis were（48.73 ± 12.30）,which were higher than the national normal（P ＆lt; 0.05）,the SSRS scores were（37.23 ± 6.78）,which were lower than the national normal（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Depression patients in social support and three dimensions were lower than non-depression patients（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion： The depression incidence of cervical spondylosis patients was high,the level of social supports was low,and the depression seriously affect the social support,medical personnel should take effective measures to enhance the level of social support of cervical spondylosis patients to improve their depression status,so as to improve their quality of life.
