门诊换药室感染的相关因素分析与预防措施

Correlation factor and precautionary measures of infection in outpatient dressing room

目的:探讨门诊换药室感染的相关因素及预防措施。方法:针对门诊换药室的工作特点和医院感染的相关危险因素,制定并贯彻执行各项预防措施。结果:采取预防措施后门诊,换药室的感染率低于采取预防措施前(P<0.05)。结论:有效控制医院感染的预防措施,能显著降低门诊换药室感染的发生率。

Objective：To discuss the infection related factor and precautionary measures by analyzing the hospital infection status of the outpatient dressing room.Methods：According to the working characteristics and the correlation risk factors of the outpatient dressing room,enacted and implemented the precautionary measures thoroughly.Results：The outpatient dressing room take preventive measures,the infection rate was lower than the take preventive measures before（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：The effective precautionary measures to control hospital infection was able to reduce the infection rate in outpatient dressing room.
