摘要
随着广东产业的稳步推进,广东职业岗位人才需求也发生了显著变化与提升。产业提升对技能型人才的规模、结构的新要求,导致产业人才供给的结构性矛盾呈现。本文通过人力资源市场供求信息数据及企业用工数据的调研,分析伴随产业升级企业用工发生的变化,并在此基础上探讨产业升级背景下的企业用工对策。
