在分析图书馆法治环境内涵和我国高校图书馆法治环境建设现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了维护我国高校图书馆法治环境建设的对策和建议,主要包括重视全国性图书馆法的建设,完善相关立法对图书馆的关注,加强图书馆法制建设的宣传力度,提升图书馆行业自律意识,加强与图书馆相关的国际条约、协定的融合协调等。
