摘要
针对厚度50mm的Q345E钢板冲击性能不合格的现象,通过金相组织、扫描电镜等方法,对产品实物进行了试验和分析,同时结合生产工艺进行了调查和研究。结果表明,加热温度高,致使钢板出现多量魏氏组织,同时钢板中存在MnS及部分氧化物夹杂,组织粗大等是导致冲击性能不合格的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了整改措施,有效的避免了该现象的重复发生。
This article in view of the thickness of the steel plate 50 mm Q345E impact performance not qualified phenomenon, through the analysis of metallographic organization, scanning electron microscopy, methods for the product were tested and analyzed, and combining with the production process for investigation and research. The results show that high finishing temperature, the steel plate appear of organization were, at the same time, existing in the steel plate and parts of oxide inclusions MnS, organizations, such as the impact performance in bulky unqualified main reasons. Based on this, puts forward the measures for reform, effective avoid the phenomenon in the same place.
