唐钢埋弧焊丝用钢EM12K生产实践分析

摘要 介绍了埋弧焊丝用钢EMl2K的生产工艺。根据C,Mn,S,P,等元素对EMl2K的性能影响,设计了合适的化学成分。通过对冶炼工艺(转炉、LF精炼、连铸)和轧制工艺(加热炉温度、轧制温度和吐丝温度)的精确控制,保证了焊丝用EMl2K盘条的洁净度和表面质量的稳定性,满足了用户对拉拔和焊接性能的要求。 This article describes the production process of submerged arc welding wire rod EM12K. According to the impact of the C, Mn, S, P and other elements on the performance of EM12K, a suitable chemical composition was designed. Through precise control of the smelting process (BOF,LF refining, continuous casting) and the rolling process (furnace temperature, rolling temperature and spinning temperature) ,the cleanliness and stable surface quality of the welding wire rod EM12K were ensured, also, the requirements of users to the drawing and welding performance were satisfied.
