个性化护理在改善精神病患者静脉输液依从性的效果观察

Observation on the effect of individualized nursing in improving the compliance of intravenous infusion and negative symptoms of patients with mental disease

目的:探讨个性化护理在改善精神病患者静脉输液依从性的效果。方法:选取2010年4月～2012年2月于本院进行治疗的84例精神病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,将两组患者干预后12周静脉输液依从性进行比较。结果:观察组干预后12周的静脉输液依从性高于对照组。结论:个性化护理在改善精神病患者静脉输液依从性方面效果较好,可达到较佳地改善疾病的目的。

Objective：To study the effect of individualized nursing in improvingthe compliance of intravenous infusion and negative symptoms of patients with mental disease. Methods ：84 patients with mental disease in our hospital from April 2010 to February 2012 were selected as research oject,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 42 cases in each group,then the compliance of intravenous infusion of two groups after the intervention at twelfth week were compared. Results：The observation group＇s compliance better rate of intravenous infusion after the intervention at twelfth week were higher than those of control greup. Conclusion：The effect of individualized nursing in improving the compliance of intravenous infusion and negative symptoms of patients with mental disease is better,and it can achieve the goal of improving the disease.
