Application of ECS simulation in pre-job general nursing skills training of new nurses

目的:探讨ECS模拟人在新护士上岗前护理综合技能培训中的应用价值。方法:对44名新护士应用ECS开展岗前培训,培训后对新护士进行考核及发放调查表,调查新护士对培训效果的评价。结果:新护士考核成绩高出前一年新护士成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);调查中70.45%～93.18%的新护士认为该种培训方式能真实模拟临床环境、提高学习兴趣及护理综合技能。结论:应用ECS开展岗前培训可以提高新护士的护理综合技能,缩短临床适应期,从而更好地胜任临床护理工作。

Objective：To explore the value of ECS simulation in the pre -job training of new nurses. Methods：ECS was applied in pre-job training of 44 new nurses. After the training,the scores and a satisfied survey were compared. Results：The examination scores of new nurse were significantly higher than the first one years of new nurses （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the survey,70.45% - 93. 1 8 % of new nurses who thought that ECS were Oven significantly better evaluations than those of traditional training method. Conclusion： Application of ECS training could effectively improve the clinic abilities of nurses and shorten their adaptive phase,then it is better for nurses to complete clinic nursing.
