康惠尔水胶体透明贴在治疗PICC置管性皮炎中的应用

Application of Comfeel transparent dressing in treatment of PICC dermatitis

目的:探讨康惠尔水胶体透明贴在治疗PICC置管性皮炎中的应用效果。方法:将PICC置管性皮炎患者90例随机分为康惠尔组和多爱肤组各45例,分别使用不同的功能性敷料,2周后比较两组患者皮炎疗效、治愈时间、舒适度、依从性。结果:康惠尔组皮炎疗效高于多爱肤组(P<0.05),平均治愈时间短于多爱肤组(P<0.05),且不易留残胶,患者依从性和舒适度均高于多爱肤组(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴能有效治疗PICC置管所致皮炎,缩短治愈时间,提高患者依从性,减轻痛苦。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Kanghuier transparent dressing on therapy of dermatitis induced by peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC）. Methads：90 patients who have dermatitis induced by PICC were randomly divided into Comfeel group （n =45） and Douderm group （n =45）.Used different functional dressing, compared of two groups patients＇ dermatitis efficacy,cure time, comfort and compliance after two weeks. Results：The cure rate and effective rate of the Comfeel group was obviously higher than that in the Douderm group（P 〈 0. 05 ） ,the average healing time in Comfeel group wassignificantly shorter than that in the Douderm group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Comfeel transparent dressing can obviously promote the healing of dermatitis induced by PICC,and increase the patients＇ compliance,reduce their pain.
