关于神经症患者就诊行为的调查

Investigation on the medical behavior of neurotic patients

目的:通过对神经症患者就诊行为的调查分析,探讨人们对心理疾病的关注程度。方法:采用自制的"神经症患者就诊行为调查表",对106例住院神经症患者就诊行为进行调查。结果:首次就医时选择精神科的占39.31%,选择私人诊所的占24.53%,选择综合医院的占40.57%。结论:约1/3的住院神经症患者能主动求助于心理医师。

Objective：Through the investigation and analysis of medical behavior of patients with neurosis ,explore the degree of attention about the mental disorders. Methods：Used the selfmade ＂ neurosis patient behavior questionnaire ＂,106 cases of patients with behavior of neurosis inpatients were investigated. Results： The first choice of psychiatric hospital accounted for 39.31% ,chose private clinic accounted for 24.53%, chose comprehensive hospital accounted for 40.57%. Conclusion： About one third patients with neurosis can take the initiative to seek help from mental doctor.
