摘要
目的建立包括XIVE种植体的下颌骨三维有限元模型,详细展现该三维有限元的建模过程。方法应用Solidworks 2010软件与螺旋CT断层扫描技术相结合的方法,建立XIVE种植体、下颌骨骨块及不同颊舌径的下颌第一磨牙修复体的三维模型。结果建立了5个结构精准的不同颊舌径种植修复的下颌第一磨牙的三维有限元模型。其中种植体模型及下颌第一磨牙减径模型的建立,为三维有限元分析方法提供了良好的数学模型。结论该建模方法建立下颌骨、种植体及不同颊舌径的下颌第一磨牙模型简单易操作,模型的几何相似性及生物力学相似性均达到了实验要求,为以后进行三维有限元分析提供了精准的模型。
Objective To establish a three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular bones including XIVE im- plant and manifest the modeling process of the three-dimensional finite element model. Methods The Solidworks 2010 software and spiral CT scanning technology were combined to establish the three-dimensional restoration models of XIVE implant, mandibular bone and mandibular first molars with various buccolingual diameters. Results Five struc- turally accurate three-dimensional finite element models of mandibular first molars restored by various buccolingual diameter implantations were established. The establishment of implant model and mandibular first molar diameter re- ducing model in order to provide a good mathematical model for three-dimensional finite element analysis method. Conclusion This modeling method reaches the experimental requirements of model geometrical similarity and biome- chanics in the establishment of mandibular bones, implants and mandibular first molars wtih various buccolingual di- ameters, providing an accurate for future three-dimensional finite element analysis.
