急性冠状动脉综合征高龄患者冠状动脉介入治疗的临床研究

Clinical research of coronary artery interventional therapy in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征高龄患者冠状动脉介入治疗的效果。方法选取本院2010年1月～2011年7月急性冠状动脉综合征高龄患者47例为观察组,选取本院同期急性冠状动脉综合征青中年患者51例为对照组,均行冠状动脉介入治疗,术后随访6个月,分析患者冠状动脉的病变情况、术后不良事件发生情况。结果观察组冠状动脉左主干、回旋支、前降支、右冠状动脉病变发生率明显高于对照组,观察组单支病变例数明显少于对照组,观察组2支病变例数、3支病变例数均明显多于对照组,观察组术后不良事件发生率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组介入治疗成功率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急性冠状动脉综合征高龄患者的病变部位和支数较多,采用冠状动脉介入治疗效果较好。

Objective To investigate effect of coronary artery interventional therapy in elderly patients with acute coro- nary syndrome. Methods Forty-seven cases of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome in our hospital from Jan- uary 2010 to July 2011 were selected as observation group. 51 cases of young patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected as control group at same period. Patients were all given coronary artery interventional therapy and were followed up for 6 months. Lesion of coronary artery and postoperative adverse events were analyzed. Results Rates of lesions in left main coronary, circumflex artery, anterior descending branch, right coronary in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Single branch lesion in observation group was significantly less than control group. 2 branch lesion vessels, 3 branch lesion vessels in observation group were significantly more than control group. Rate of postoperative adverse events in observation group was significantly higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Success rate of intervention therapy in observation group was lower than control group, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Location of lesion and count in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome are more. Effect of coronary artery interventional therapy is good.
