充分复固定位后行痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗环状混合痔

Prolapse and hemorrhoids nail after fully complex fixed procedure in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨充分复固定位后行痔上黏膜环切釘合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法对本院2010年7月～2012年7月收治的1200例环状混合痔患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,全部患者按治疗方法不同分为观察组与治疗组,观察组患者充分复固定位后再行痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗,对照组患者给予常规痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间短,术中出血量少术后尿潴留发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者治疗的总有效率为100.0%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为97.2%,与对照组相比,观察组患者的总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论充分复固定位后行痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗环状混合痔具有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of mucosal ring cut nail joint operation after fully com- plex fixed otolaryngologist piles in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid patients. Methods The clinical data of 1200 cases of ring mixed hemorrhoid patients who were admitted to our hospital from July 2010 to July 2012 were ret- rospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into observation group and control group, the patients in observation group were given prolapse and hemorrhoids nail after fully complex fixed procedure, and the patients in control group were given conventional therapy. Results Compared with control group, the patients＂ operation time was shorter, the postoperative bleeding and postoperative urinary retention rate was lower in observation group, the difference was high- ly statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）;The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 100.0% and that of control group was 97.2%. Compared with control group, the total effective rate of observation group was higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mucosal ring cut nail joint operation after fully complex fixed otolaryngologist piles in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid has good treatment effect, it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinic.
