人工流产术后口服短效避孕药的疗效观察

Effect observation of oral short-acting contraceptive after induced abortion

目的探讨人工流产术后口服短效避孕药的临床疗效和必要性。方法将本院接收的人工流产术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组术后给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予短效避孕药去氧孕烯炔雌醇片口服,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者在阴道出血时间、出血量以及阴道分泌物、子宫内膜恢复、月经恢复的时间以及再次妊娠等情况均有显著性改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论人工流产术后口服短效避孕药,可显著改善患者术后情况,减少再次妊娠率,有助于患者机体功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and necessity of oral short-acting contraceptive after induced abortion. Methods Abortion surgery patients in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly. The control group were given conventional treatment, the observation group was given to the control group on the basis of short-acting contraceptive Ethinyl estradiol desogestrel tablets, then the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the time of vaginal bleeding, the vaginal dis- charge, endometrial recovery, the recovery time of menstrual and subsequent pregnancy of observation group had sig- nificant improvement （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Abortion after oral administration of short-acting contracep- tives, can significantly improve patient after surgery, reduce repeat pregnancy rate to contribute to the recovery of the patients body functions.
