布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎临床效果观察

Clinical effectiveness observation of Budesonide inhalation therapy for children with acute infectious laryngitis

目的探讨运用布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床效果。方法抽取2010年3月～2012年5月于本院儿科急诊入院的急性感染性喉炎患儿87例。运用随机分组的方法将其分为两组,即对照组43例与研究组44例。对照组患儿给予急性感染性喉炎常规方法进行治疗,研究组患儿则运用布地奈德吸入的方式进行治疗。针对两组患儿临床症状改善程度、改善时间及综合临床疗效情况进行回顾性对比分析。结果经治疗后,其研究组患儿临床症状改善等综合情况明显优于对照组;而其临床疗效显效数及治疗总有效率也显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎其具有良好的临床疗效,此药物对于缓解其病患症状、改善其生命质量具有显著的疗效,故具有一定的临床推广意义。

infectious Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of budesonide inhalation therapy for children with acute laryngitis. Methods From March 2010 to May 2012, 87 cases of children patients with acute infectious laryngitis admitted to our hospital from pediatric emergency were selected and randomly assigned into two groups, 43 cases in control group and 44 cases in study group. The children patients in control group were treated by conventional method for acute infectious laryngitis, while children patients in study group by budesonide inhalation therapy. Retro- spective and comparative analysis was made for improvement degree and time of clinical symptoms, and general clini- cal efficacy. Results After treatment, the general situation of study group, such as improvement degree of clinical symptoms, the case number of showing effect, and total effective rate were significantly better and higher than those of control group with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treating children patients with acute in- fectious laryngitis by budesonide inhalation therapy has good clinical efficacy. Budesonide can significantly alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life, thus has a certain clinical significance of widely applying.
