健康干预对中老年慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响

Influence of health intervention on quality of life in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的观察健康干预对中老年慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将160例乙型肝炎患者随机分为干预组80例和对照组80例,对照组只给予护肝药物治疗,干预组在护肝药物治疗的基础上辅以健康干预。采用中文版SF-36量表并结合自测健康评定量表对患者的生活质量进行评分。结果经治疗后,干预组患者在生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、精力、躯体疼痛、一般健康等方面评分均升高,且干预组各指标升高显著(P<0.01或P<0.05),对照组精力评分升高明显;治疗后与对照组比较,干预组各项指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者给予合适的健康干预可明显提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the influence of health intervention on quality of life in elderly patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods 120 patients with hepatitis B were randomly divided into intervention group （80 cases） and con- trol group （80 cases）, control group was only given the protect liver medicine, intervention group was given to health interventions on the basis of protect liver medicine, self-test Chinese SF-36 scale and life rating scale score were used for the patient＇s living quality. Results After treatment, physical function, mental health, emotional function, social function, energy, body pain, general health score of the patients in intervention group were increased, and the indexes in intervention group increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, the energy score of control increased significantly; compared with control group, the indicators score in intervention group were higher than those in control group after the treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The appropriate health intervention given to patients with chronic hepatitis B can significantly improve the quality of life.
