发热是常见传染病的多见并发症,诱发原因较多,感染性发热多由病原体侵入刺激中枢神经,影响体温调节,不仅引发患者不适,消耗大量氧和能量,还可能进一步引发各类并发症,因而快速有效的降温十分重要。本文笔者根据临床经验,总结了常见传染病发热期的降温措施,希望为临床提供依据。

Fever is a common infectious disease in common complications that has many causes. Infectious fever is caused by pathogen invasion stimulate central nervous. It can influence the temperature regulation, cause patient dis- comfort, consume large amounts of oxygen and energy, and trigger further complications. So the fast and effective cool- ing is very important. According to the author＇s clinical experience, this paper summarizes the measures to cool down the hot stage of common infectious diseases, and hopes to provide basis for clinic.
